Role Description The Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing journal entries.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank and ledger accounts. The role also involves supporting tax calculations and filings, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. The Accountant will collaborate with internal teams and clients to provide accurate financial information and reports. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in bookkeeping, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.

- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management.

- Candidates should possess familiarity with taxation principles, compliance requirements, and audit support activities.

- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

- Candidates should possess strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Relevant academic background such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

- Professional certifications (e.g., CA inter, CMA, or equivalent) and prior experience in a consultancy or CA firm will be an advantage.
