POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records and support financial and statutory activities of the organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting processes, Tally/ERP, GST, TDS and MS Excel, with the ability to handle accounting activities independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including Purchase, Sales, Receipt, and Payment & Journal Entries.

· Maintain ledgers, cash book, bank book and financial records.

· Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.

· Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and ledger reconciliations.

· Handle GST accounting, reconciliation and documentation.

· Manage TDS-related accounting and compliance activities.

· Prepare invoices, debit notes and credit notes.

· Monitor customer and vendor outstanding balances and payment follow-ups.





· Prepare monthly accounting reports and MIS as required.

· Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors and customers.

· Maintain proper documentation for audit and statutory requirements.

· Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting activities.

· Support management with other finance and accounting requirements as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Strong knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping.

· Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / ERP.

· Good knowledge of GST & TDS.

· Good command of MS Excel.

· Knowledge of BRS, Ledger & Account Reconciliation.

· Strong numerical and analytical skills.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

QUALIFICATION

B.Com / M.Com / MBA – Finance or equivalent qualification.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience: 4–5 Years in Accounts & Finance

Industry Preference: Experience in Manufacturing / Engineering / Electrical Industry will be an added advantage.

Location Preference: Only Vadodara Local Candidates will be considered.
