Role &Responsibility;: looking for a hands-on Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting, GST/TDS compliance, invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and financial records. The candidate must be strong in Zoho Books/Zoho Finance and comfortable working in a growing, purpose-driven business setting.

Key Responsibilities 1. Zoho Books &

- Accounting Manage day-to-day accounting in Zoho Books Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments Maintain customer and vendor accounts Create and manage invoices, credit notes and debit notes Maintain proper chart of accounts and accounting records Ensure transactions are entered accurately and on time 2. GST &
- Tax Compliance Prepare data for monthly/quarterly GST filings Reconcile GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and purchase records Maintain GST input/output records Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS and income-tax requirements Ensure TDS deductions and payments are properly recorded 3. Banking &
- Reconciliation Bank reconciliation in Zoho Track receivables and payables Monitor outstanding customer payments Maintain vendor payment schedules Reconcile bank, UPI and other payment gateways 4. MIS &
- Management Reporting Prepare regular reports for management, including: Monthly P&L; Balance Sheet Cash-flow position Sales report Expense report Receivables & payables ageing GST/TDS summary Product/category-wise sales analysis when required 5. Inventory &




- Business Operations Coordinate with operations for purchase and inventory records Track stock-related accounting entries Ensure proper documentation for purchases and sales Support costing and profitability analysis of products Zoho Skills Mandatory The candidate should have practical experience with: Zoho Books Zoho Invoice Zoho Expense Bank reconciliation GST configuration and reporting Customer/vendor management Purchase & sales workflows Payment tracking MIS/report generation Zoho experience is mandatory. Candidates who have only worked on Tally but have no Zoho experience should not apply.
