About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced sales / account management professional with a strong background in chemical or instrumentation sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and work with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct customer visits and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Manage customer accounts and monitor overall account health.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address customer requirements and issues.
- Identify upselling and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.




- Maintain regular reports on customer accounts, opportunities, and activities.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in chemical / instrumentation sales.
- Previous experience in account management or B2B sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable in a client-facing role.
- Good relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Candidates based in or willing to work across Mumbai, Pune, or Gujarat.

Preferred BackgroundCandidates with experience in industrial sales, process industries, automation, instrumentation, chemical manufacturing, or related B2B sectors will be preferred.
