Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Internship role based in Agra. The intern will assist with maintaining customer accounts, tracking orders and payments, and updating account records in coordination with the finance and sales teams. Daily responsibilities include supporting account managers in responding to customer inquiries, preparing basic reports, and helping resolve account-related issues.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, smooth customer service, and timely follow-up on account activities.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret account data, track performance, and identify discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge to support billing, payment tracking, and basic account reconciliations.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Account Management skills to assist in maintaining client relationships and handling inquiries.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic office software; familiarity with CRM or accounting tools is an advantage.
- Interest in the fashion or lifestyle sector and willingness to learn about brand operations and customer experience.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
