Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in South Delhi.

The Account

Executive will manage client accounts, act as a primary point of contact, and ensure timely delivery of services and solutions. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements. The role involves monitoring account performance, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and supporting business development activities.

Executive is expected to build strong, professional relationships with clients, resolve issues promptly,



and contribute to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Solid client relationship management and account handling skills, with the ability to serve as a reliable point of contact for customers.
- Experience in sales or business development, including preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Hindi is an advantage.
- Good organizational and time management abilities, including maintaining documentation, tracking activities, and meeting deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, and support).
- Proficiency with basic office software (such as MS Office, email tools, and spreadsheets); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in an account executive or client service role is preferred.
- Professional, ethical conduct, with a focus on problem-solving, adaptability, and delivering high-quality service to clients.
