Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Administrator at Nilaum Healthcare located in Shahapur, Asangaon. The Account Administrator will be responsible for finance, accounting, records maintenance, account reconciliation, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

Day-to-Day Tasks

A) Generating - Quotations/Invoices/Purchase Orders

B)



Maintaining company's Stock Records, Financial Records, Dispatch Records, Inventory Records etc.

C) Company Account Handling

D) Email communication with CA/Bank

Qualifications/Skills

A) Bachelors Degree in Commerce / other finance related field.

B) Clear understanding of Basic Accounting

C) Excellent at using computer softwares - MS Excel, MS Word.

D) Excellent Communication Skills with a good command on English Language.

E) Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet targets and deadlines with minimal supervision.
