About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Director – Public Relations to lead key client accounts, drive strategic communications, and manage high-performing PR teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience across multiple industry verticals and a proven track record of building client relationships and delivering impactful PR campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple client accounts across diverse industry verticals.
- Develop and execute strategic PR and communications plans aligned with client objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media, and key stakeholders.
- Drive media relations, thought leadership, corporate communications, and integrated PR campaigns.
- Identify new communication opportunities, trends, and relevant media platforms for clients.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients and proactively recommend communication solutions.
- Lead pitches, campaign ideation, presentations,



and new business opportunities.
- Mentor and manage account teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights for clients.
- Handle senior-level client interactions and effectively manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables

What we are looking for

- 10–12 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or integrated communications.
- Strong experience in managing multiple client accounts and teams.
- Exposure to multiple verticals such as Technology, BFSI/Fintech, Consumer, Lifestyle, Healthcare, Energy, Real Estate, Auto, or B2B.
- Excellent media relations and robust understanding of the Indian media landscape.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Proven ability to independently manage accounts and lead teams.
- Strong business acumen with experience in identifying growth opportunities within accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
