About the Role

Edexe Learning is looking for an organized and proactive Academic Coordinator to manage and coordinate day-to-day academic activities and ensure the smooth delivery of classes and student support.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage class schedules and timetables.
- Coordinate with faculty members, mentors, and academic teams.
- Monitor the smooth execution of scheduled classes.
- Coordinate faculty availability and resolve scheduling issues.
- Follow up on syllabus progress and academic activities.
- Coordinate webinars, workshops, and other academic sessions.
- Address and coordinate the resolution of student academic queries.
- Maintain academic records, schedules, and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of academic tasks.
- Monitor pending academic activities and follow up with the concerned team members.




- Support the academic team in planning and executing new academic initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Previous experience in academic coordination, education, EdTech, administration, or a similar role is preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office, especially Sheets/Excel.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
