About the RoleBoheim is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Visualiser & Draftsman to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior design, architectural detailing, 3D visualisation, and technical drafting, with an eye for aesthetics and precision.

You will work closely with the design and project teams to translate concepts into compelling 3D visuals and accurate, execution-ready drawings.

Key Responsibilities3D Visualisation

- Create realistic 3D models and interior visualisations based on design concepts and briefs.
- Develop detailed 3D models of furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, false ceilings, wall treatments, and other interior elements.
- Produce high-quality, photorealistic renders with accurate materials, lighting, textures, finishes, and detailing.
- Translate design intent into visually compelling and technically accurate 3D representations.
- Make revisions based on design feedback and ensure visual consistency across projects.

Drafting & Technical Drawings

- Prepare detailed working drawings and construction drawings for interior projects.
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and wall elevations.
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for custom furniture, wardrobes, kitchens,



and other bespoke elements.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and aligned with design intent and site requirements.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, vendors, and project teams to resolve drawing and detailing requirements.

Software Skills
- AutoCAD – strong proficiency required.
- 3ds Max / SketchUp – strong proficiency in 3D modelling and visualisation.
- V-Ray / Photoshop – proficiency is an advantage.
- Revit or other BIM software – knowledge is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows for visualisation, ideation, rendering, drafting, and design enhancement is an advantage.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in interior design, architecture, 3D visualisation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of interior detailing, materials, furniture, and spatial design.
- Excellent eye for proportion, scale, composition, materials, and finishes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate drawings and high-quality visuals.
- Ability to understand design concepts and translate them into both visual and technical outputs.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive, creative, and solution-oriented approach.
