About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced 3D Designer to join our Delhi team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in exhibition stalls, event setups, experiential spaces, and 3D visualization, with the ability to transform client briefs into creative, practical, and visually compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and innovative exhibition stalls, event setups, and experiential spaces.
- Develop 3D stall designs, event layouts, floor plans, and space plans.
- Create high-quality 3D renders, visualizations, and realistic walkthroughs for client presentations.
- Convert client briefs and concepts into attractive, functional, and executable 3D designs.
- Prepare design concepts, elevations, layouts, and detailed visual presentations.
- Incorporate client feedback and make design revisions as required.
- Coordinate closely with production and execution teams to ensure designs are practical and fabrication-friendly.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver designs within defined timelines.
- Ensure design quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–7 years of relevant experience in event, exhibition, stall, experiential, or similar design.
- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling, rendering, lighting, texturing, and walkthrough creation.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar 3D design software.
- Experience with rendering/walkthrough tools such as V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape,



Twinmotion, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of event layouts, stall fabrication, space planning, materials, and production requirements.
- Strong creative, visualization, and conceptualization skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to understand and interpret client requirements.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to design execution.

Portfolio Requirement A solid and relevant portfolio is mandatory, showcasing:

- Exhibition stall designs
- Event and experiential space designs
- 3D renders and visualizations
- Walkthroughs and animations
- Layouts, elevations, and space-planning concepts
