What You Will Do

Major Responsibilities / Activities

- Develop, test, maintain, and support software applications and services using .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and Angular under the guidance of senior team members.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following established coding standards and development practices.
- Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality and technical skills.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, QA engineers, production support, infrastructure, and information security teams to deliver software solutions.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving application issues in development, testing, and production environments.
- Contribute to software testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and validation of recent features.
- Support CI/CD processes and deployment activities using Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines.
- Learn and apply healthcare compliance, security, and data privacy requirements in daily development activities.
- Assist with monitoring application performance and system health using established tools and processes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement activities.
- Continuously expand technical knowledge through training, mentorship, and hands-on project experience.

What You Will Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–2 years of professional software development experience, including internships, co-op programs, or entry-level positions.
- Basic experience with object-oriented programming concepts and software development principles.
- Exposure to .NET, C#, web development technologies, or similar modern programming frameworks.
- Familiarity with relational databases and basic SQL development.
- Understanding of software testing concepts and quality-focused development practices.
- Familiarity with source control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment.

What We Would Like to See

Core Technical Skills

- Exposure to C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.




- Familiarity with Visual Studio and modern development tools.
- Basic understanding of SQL Server and database concepts.
- Coursework, internship, or project experience demonstrating software development skills.
- Exposure to web services, APIs, or cloud-based applications.

Healthcare & Compliance

- Interest in healthcare technology and regulated software environments.
- Basic understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance concepts.
- Exposure to healthcare systems, claims processing, or EDI transactions is a plus.

Cloud & Infrastructure (Azure-Centric)

- Exposure to cloud computing concepts and Microsoft Azure services.
- Familiarity with Azure App Services, Azure SQL, or Azure Functions through coursework, projects, or professional experience.
- Understanding of monitoring and logging fundamentals.
- Exposure to container technologies such as Docker is a plus.

Security & Engineering Practices

- Understanding of secure coding fundamentals.
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization concepts.
- Interest in software modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Focus on learning engineering best practices and applying them consistently.

Teamwork & Growth

- Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn from experienced team members.
- Open to feedback and coaching.
- Participates actively in team discussions and knowledge-sharing activities.
