Job DescriptionDesign the visuals players see BEFORE they install our games, app store screenshots, feature graphics, app icons, and ad creatives for Meta, Google, Unity Ads, Mintegral, TikTok.

This is a CREATIVE role, not a production role. We are NOT hiring someone who only re-skins templates or lays out UI. We need concepts, composition, and storytelling.

Responsibilities:

- Design store screenshots, feature graphics, and app icons for Google Play & App Store
- Create scroll-stopping ad creatives for UA campaigns
- Develop concepts from a brief, not just execute provided layouts
- Iterate based on A/B test results and marketing feedback

Must-have skills:

- Strong design fundamentals, composition, color, typography, hierarchy
- Expert in Photoshop & Illustrator; working knowledge of Figma
- Portfolio showing marketing / promotional creative work (not UI mockups)

AI skills we expect:

Comfort with Midjourney, DALL-E, Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill. Use AI for concept exploration and iteration, final output must be craft, not generic AI output.
