Roles & Responsibilities

- Study market trends in event décor, stage design, floral styling, and spatial layouts.
- Create creative and execution-ready 2D & 3D designs for weddings, corporate events, and other event projects.
- Develop reusable templates and maintain an updated digital asset library with recent props, flowers, structures, textures, colors, and materials.
- Prepare and submit weekly work plans with timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure proper planning and timely completion of assigned projects.
- Develop innovative concepts while ensuring designs are practical and feasible for execution.
- Present design concepts to the CRM, Event Coordinators, and Managing Director, and implement revisions based on feedback.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Coordinate with the Creative, Coordination, and Production teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain proper documentation and organized design files.
- Ensure designs are practical in terms of budget, materials, timelines, and execution.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring quality, accountability, and timely delivery.
