Teleperformance is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join the Domestic Customer Support Process for a leading electronic brand.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and customer support through voice calls and/or digital chat.
Assist customers with queries and issues related to electronic appliances, laptops, smartphones, and other electronic products.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate troubleshooting and resolutions.
Maintain professional communication while handling customer interactions.
Ensure a positive customer experience by providing accurate and timely support.
Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and customer service protocols.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have a technical/IT-related qualification, such as:
BCA
B.Tech / BE
B.Sc . IT
Polytechnic Diploma (after 12th)
PGDCA
B.Com in Computer Applications

Good English communication skills are mandatory.




Minimum Communication Level: B1+

Salary & Benefits
CTC: Up to ₹22,500 per month
In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹19,000 per month
PLI / Incentives: No PLI / No Incentive
