We are looking for ERP Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining project-related data in the ERP system. The role involves ensuring timely and error-free data entry, verifying source documents, and supporting project teams with accurate ERP records.
Key ResponsibilitiesERP Data Entry
- Enter project-related data into the ERP system accurately and promptly.
- Create and update master data such as customers, suppliers, materials, items, and project codes.
- Record purchase orders, sales orders, work orders, material receipts, material issues, and stock movements.
- Update production, dispatch, and inventory transactions in the ERP system.
Data Verification
- Verify source documents before data entry.
- Ensure all entries are complete and accurate.
- Identify and report discrepancies to the ERP Coordinator or Project Manager.
- Correct data entry errors as instructed.
