We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Training Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of safety training programs. The ideal candidate will assist trainers, manage training logistics, maintain records, and help ensure that all sessions are conducted efficiently and professionally, contributing to a culture of safety across the organization.
Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:
- Assist in the conduction of safety training sessions (Fire Safety, First Aid, Emergency Evacuation, etc.)
- Ensure timely communication with trainers about schedules and updates.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, certifications, and compliance documentation.
- Set up and manage training venues including audio-visual equipment, signage, and training kits.
- Ensure Training Kit is properly maintained and always ready to use
- Support trainers during live sessions (online and onsite)
- Monitor training feedback and assist in evaluation/reporting processes, etc.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
