* Staff management and duty allocation

* Monitor billing counters and customer service

* Ensure shelves are properly filled and arranged

* Check pricing, shelf edge labels, and promotions

* Maintain cleanliness and store appearance

* Handle customer complaints and support staff

* Monitor stock availability and negative stock issues

* Coordinate with section staff for display setup

* Supervise receiving, transfers, and product entry

* Ensure smooth opening and closing operations

* Monitor sales performance and daily targets

* Report issues to management immediately

* Control staff attendance and punctuality

* Ensure safety and discipline in the store

* Support during rush hours and festival sales

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
