- Supervision and execution of civil works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Daily monitoring of labour, materials, machinery and site progress.Checking line, level, dimensions and quality of construction work.Preparing daily progress reports and work-in-progress statements.
- Taking site measurements and assisting in preparation of RA bills.
- Coordination with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.Checking reinforcement, shuttering and concrete works before execution.Maintaining site records, measurement books and material consumption records.
- Ensuring work is completed within the approved schedule.
- Reporting delays, technical issues and material requirements to the Project Manager.
Coordinating with Railway/departmental engineers and other site officials where applicable.
Pay: ₹10,867.07 - ₹45,800.94 per month
