We are looking for a Vendor Quality & Production Coordinator in Jodhpur to monitor factory production, quality, packaging, and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect products as per company specifications and approved samples.
- Check dimensions, finishing, welding, stitching, painting, and workmanship.
- Visit factories 2–3 times a week and monitor production progress.
- Identify quality issues and production delays and report them immediately.
- Inspect packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, and hardware before dispatch.
- Coordinate with factory owners and follow up on pending work.
- Maintain production trackers and submit inspection reports with photos/videos.

Requirements:

- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.




- Valuable communication and vendor coordination skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and Google Sheets.
- Fluent in Hindi; basic English is a plus.
- Experience in quality control, production, manufacturing, or vendor coordination is preferred.
- Comfortable with regular factory visits.

Performance Incentives:
₹2,000 bonus for 100% on-time dispatch + ₹2,000 bonus for zero major quality complaints, along with additional rewards for proactive problem-solving.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
