Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project setup, site mobilization, and store establishment.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to meet timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate approvals with government bodies (Forest, Railway, PGCIL, Airport, etc.).
- Manage TL construction activities: survey, foundation, earthing, erection, and stringing.
- Oversee contractor management, manpower deployment, labour compliance, and safety.
- Handle ROW issues by coordinating with landowners and resolving disputes.
- Ensure material, tools, stores management, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with clients, HO, design teams, and vendors for smooth execution.
- Prepare client billing and control project expenditures.
- Provide project progress updates to management and lead weekly review meetings.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and technical specifications.




- Develop and mentor site staff and promote teamwork.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong technical expertise in TL works (survey, foundation, erection, stringing).
- Proven experience in end-to-end project planning and execution.
- Skilled in coordination with clients, contractors, and government authorities.
- Ability to manage ROW issues and ensure smooth work fronts.
- Competent in budgeting, billing, and material reconciliation.
- Robust leadership and team-handling capabilities.
- Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
