Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Lead with strong Oracle Cloud Fusion SCM and AMS (Application Management Services) experience. The candidate will lead the SCM functional track, manage a team of SCM consultants, and act as the primary functional SME for supply chain processes.

Experience in the Logistics industry is preferred. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on expertise across Oracle Fusion SCM, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience managing client-facing AMS engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Oracle Fusion SCM functional track and act as the primary SCM functional SME.
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Oracle SCM consultants in an AMS environment.
- Manage incidents, service requests, problems, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive timely issue resolution while ensuring adherence to SLA and service-quality commitments.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and provide effective functional solutions.
- Manage priorities and coordinate with global support and technical teams.
- Participate in governance meetings, status calls, service reviews, and client communications.
- Support Oracle Fusion quarterly updates, regression testing, impact assessment, and adoption of new capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within SCM operations.
- Ensure delivery excellence and effective knowledge management across the SCM support team.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of overall Oracle SCM experience.




- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud AMS / Application Support engagements.
- Strong functional expertise in:
- Inventory Management
- Procurement
- Order Management
- Cost Management
- Supply Chain Execution
- Demand Management
- Supply Chain Planning
- Replenishment Planning

- Working knowledge of Oracle Business Network (OBN) and Punchout functionality.
- Experience leading a team of Oracle SCM functional consultants.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes; ServiceNow experience is preferred.
- Experience working with global support teams and client-facing stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion quarterly updates, testing, and new feature adoption.
- Knowledge of modern Oracle Fusion capabilities, including:

- Redwood User Experience (UX)
- Embedded AI
- Oracle AI Agents

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Oracle Fusion SCM certification(s) preferred/required as applicable.

Desired Skills

- Oracle SCM Manufacturing experience.
- Demand Planning and Replenishment Planning.
- EDI integrations/processes.
- Cross-functional knowledge of:
- Oracle ERP Financials
- OTBI / BI Publisher (BIP)
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

- Experience in the Logistics industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain business processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile





The ideal candidate will be a senior Oracle Fusion SCM functional professional with 10+ years of experience, including substantial experience in Fusion Cloud AMS/support and team leadership. Candidates who have worked in logistics/supply chain environments and have strong exposure to Oracle's latest Fusion capabilities, including Redwood and AI, will be strongly preferred.

Key Priority: Oracle Fusion SCM + AMS + Team Leadership + Logistics/Supply Chain + Demand/Planning + OBN/Punchout.
