*Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, including ESI, PF, gratuity, minimum wages, and other statutory regulations.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and ensure company policies and procedures reflect changes.
Payroll Compliance:
*Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate deductions and timely remittance of statutory contributions such as ESI and PF.
*Verify salary structures for compliance with minimum wages and tax laws.
*Ensure timely submission of returns and statutory reports.
Documentation & Reporting:
*Maintain accurate records of employee details, statutory filings, and other compliance-related documentation.
*Prepare compliance reports for senior management and external audits.
Employee Relations:
*Address employee grievances related to statutory advantages and compliance issues.
*Provide guidance and training to employees and management on compliance requirements.
Policy Development:
*Draft, review, and implement HR policies ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
*Update and communicate policies to employees to promote compliance and awareness.
Vendor & Contractor Compliance:
*Ensure third-party vendors and contractors comply with labor laws and statutory obligations.
*Conduct regular audits of vendor and contractor compliance records.
Food Service Operations
- Oversee daily operations of food cafeterias
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage menu planning, pricing strategies, and vendor sourcing.
- Monitor food inventory, wastage, and cost control.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and food suppliers.
2. Accommodation Management
- Manage staff or guest accommodation facilities.
- Ensure rooms, utilities, and amenities are maintained properly.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and facility services.
