Role Overview

Senior Designer who can create high-performing digital creatives without compromising on aesthetics. Someone who understands both branding and performance, and knows how to make work thats beautiful, scroll-stopping, and effective.

This is a hands-on design role where youll create and scale creative assets across social media, performance marketing, CRM, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality creatives across performance marketing channels, including Meta, Google, display, CRM, and app campaigns.
- Create engaging social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms while maintaining Scapias premium visual language.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling digital-first assets that balance brand storytelling with business objectives.
- Adapt campaign concepts into multiple formats and sizes while maintaining consistency and craft.
- Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Marketing, Brand, and Growth teams to deliver high-impact creative at speed.
- Continuously iterate on creatives based on performance insights, user behaviour, and platform best practices.
- Maintain and evolve Scapias digital design system, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of design, social,



and internet culture trends to keep the brand relevant and fresh.
- Ensure pixel-perfect execution across static, motion, and interactive assets.

What Were Looking For

- 3 - 5 years of experience in digital design, preferably at a creative agency, consumer startup, or in-house brand team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across performance marketing, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of layout, typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and digital-first design principles.
- Ability to design for both brand-building and conversion-driven communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- Working knowledge of motion design tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace with multiple stakeholders and quick turnaround times.
- Strong attention to detail and a high bar for craft and execution.
