Job Title: Social Media Marketer, Content Creator, and Online Community Builder

Location: Bangalore. We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketer, Content Creator, and Online Community Builder to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and a track record of creating engaging and effective content for a variety of platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media marketing strategies, creating original content for web, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms, and managing community engagement initiatives on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies that align with business goals and engage target audiences
- Create original and compelling content for a variety of social media platforms, including written posts, videos, graphics, and more
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and marketing, to ensure consistent brand messaging and aesthetic across all social media channels
- Monitor and respond to community engagement initiatives, including comments and messages,



and develop strategies to increase engagement and build brand loyalty
- Analyze and report on social media performance, making recommendations for optimization and improvement
- Stay current with social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices, and share insights with the team to drive innovation

Requirements

- Good knowledge and Experience in social media marketing, content creation, and community management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong creative skills, including experience creating content for a variety of platforms and flair for spreading the content
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to manage and execute multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
