Key Responsibilities:
Manage and strengthen relationships with PSU Bank branches
Drive life insurance sales through bank partners
Conduct customer meetings and product presentations
Generate business through branch engagement and referrals
Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets
Provide training and support to bank staff on insurance products
Regular travel across allocated branches
Eligibility:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Life Insurance
Solid knowledge of Bancassurance sales processes
Excellent relationship management and communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
