Reporting To: Head of the Department - Accounts & Operations
We're looking for a seasoned finance qualified to lead our accounting operations and drive financial excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations
Financial reporting (Monthly, Quarterly & Annual)
General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations & Fixed Assets
Payroll, AP & AR oversight
Budget monitoring & variance analysis
Financial statements & compliance
Process improvement and cost optimization
What We're Looking For
Experience: 4-8 Yrs
Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting & ERP systems
Excellent analytical, leadership & communication skills
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (CA/CMA/MBA Finance preferred)
