Key Responsibility
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries received through India MART.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service recommendations.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Explain products, pricing, features, and other relevant information clearly.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and quick follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
- Build good relationships with customers through professional and courteous communication.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Diploma or Graduates from reputed colleges are preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive Hindi and English communication; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
- Confident, positive, and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Office & MS Excel and ability to handle CRM/online enquiries.
- Willingness to learn and achieve sales targets.
