Role & responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction activities for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Supervise site execution as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project timelines.
- Manage RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Review drawings and identify technical issues, discrepancies, and site-related challenges.
- Prepare and review BOQ, quantity estimates, rate analysis, and material requirements.
- Monitor project cost, quality, productivity, and construction schedules.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors, including work allocation and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and construction specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely resolution of snags and defects.
- Verify measurements, contractor bills, and work completion reports.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure proper utilization of construction materials.
- Maintain daily/weekly project progress reports and construction documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved time, cost, and quality parameters.
- Support project handover, snagging, and defect rectification activities.




- Lead and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proven experience in managing residential and/or commercial construction projects from execution to completion.
- Solid knowledge of RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
- Hands-on experience in site execution, project planning, quality control, estimation, BOQ, billing, and cost management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction/project management tools.
- Strong ability to coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Good understanding of construction standards, safety regulations, quality requirements, and project documentation.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Candidates with experience in large-scale residential/commercial real estate projects will be preferred.
