Role Overview :

The Finance Executive will support the management of day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accurate accounting, timely processing of transactions, proper documentation, and compliance with statutory requirements. The role involves handling assigned responsibilities in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Treasury.

Role & responsibilities

- Process and record vendor invoices, expense bookings, sales, collections, and accounting entries in ERP.
- Perform vendor, customer, bank, E-commerce, MBO, EBO, and other reconciliation activities.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes including payment scheduling,



collection tracking, and ageing follow-up.
- Prepare monthly MBO/Ecom settlement file.
- Track debtors and follow-up for collection and track the ageing for debtors.
- Handle statutory compliance activities including E-Invoicing, and E-Way Bills.
- Maintain vendor master data, job work records, debit/credit notes, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare monthly provisions, support period-end closure, and ensure compliance with internal controls and approval processes.
- Generate cash flow reports, ageing reports, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce (B. Com / M. Com) or MBA (Finance)
- 23 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations
- Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/customers
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
