- Receive and inspect construction materials delivered to the site.
- Maintain proper records of material receipts, issues, and stock.
- Ensure materials are stored safely and systematically.
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare material requirement/reorder reports.
- Maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock registers, and related documents.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Project, and Accounts teams.
- Check materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prevent material damage, wastage, and unauthorized usage.
- Track rapid-moving and critical construction materials.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within the store area.
