Role & responsibilities :
- Manage billing and claims for all hospital empanelments, for eg. ECHS, CGHS, Ayushman Bharat..
- Ensure compliance with the respective scheme guidelines.
- Monitor claim status, queries, deductions, rejections and resubmissions.
- Ensure timely submission and settlement of all government/insurance/TPA claims.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for audits and inspections by government authorities, insurers and empanelment agencies.
- Reconcile approved amounts, deductions, payments and outstanding claims with the Finance/Accounts department.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration; MBA/M.Com or healthcare-management qualification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of hospital billing and revenue cycle management
- Valuable understanding of TPA/insurance/cashless billing.
- Good team-management and communication skills
