Role & responsibilities

- Oversees end-to-end execution of all activities within the assigned TL section.
- Coordinates survey, foundation, erection, and stringing to ensure timely progress.
- Ensures availability of materials, T&P;, manpower, and work fronts.
- Manages daily planning, progress tracking, and resolution of in office issues.
- Liaises with clients, ROW teams, supervisors, and contractors for smooth execution.
- Ensures quality, safety, and adherence to technical specifications.
- Handles documentation, measurements, and section-wise reconciliation.

Provides daily updates and supports project reporting to PM/HO.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering with TL project experience.




- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in survey, foundation, erection, and stringing activities.
- Strong knowledge of TL standards, drawings, sag charts, and quality/safety requirements.
- Ability to lead supervisors, contractors, and site teams effectively.
- Skilled in planning, coordination, and resolving field issues proactively.
- Good communication skills for client interaction and ROW coordination.
- Proficient in documentation, reporting, and basic computer/ERP usage.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting strict timelines.
