Blue Dart Express is looking for an experienced Manager - Accounts to manage Business Case Approvals (BCA), financial analysis, MIS reporting and legal accounting coordination for the South Region.
The role will be responsible for ensuring strong financial governance through business case evaluation, management reporting, financial analysis, compliance and effective coordination with regional business teams, Head Office Finance, Legal and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Business Case Approvals (BCA), including financial scenarios, cost-benefit analysis, investment evaluation, operational KPIs and risk assessment.
- Coordinate with regional teams and Head Office Finance to ensure timely BCA approvals.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Conduct Budget vs Actual variance analysis, yield analysis, volume analysis and YTD performance analysis.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Perform profitability analysis for current and existing business initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and productivity improvement.
- Coordinate financial and legal matters, including legal expenses, provisions, accounting entries and case documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational, statutory and internal financial control requirements.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Lead and develop team members while driving effective cross-functional collaboration.
What We're Looking For
- 10 to 14 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, MIS, Business Finance or Legal Finance coordination.
- Strong experience in Business Case preparation and financial evaluation.
- Strong exposure to management reporting and financial analysis.
- Experience in legal accounting coordination and statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to SAP / ERP systems preferred.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, express distribution or large corporate organizations will be preferred.
- CMA qualified
