Job Title: Credit Control Executive

Job Summary

- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Control Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with South Indian clients for account reconciliation and payment clearance.
- Follow up regularly on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.
- Address and resolve client queries related to accounts and payments.
- Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally ERP.
- Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Perform periodic account reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline financial processes.
- Prepare and maintain reports on receivables and collection status.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in Tally ERP.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Ability to handle client communication and payment follow-ups effectively.
- High attention to detail and robust organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in accounts, finance, or credit control roles.
- Experience working with South Indian clients will be an added advantage.
