Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Officer Fresher and experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial records of our NBFC/Finance business. Join our team in the NBFC/Financial Services sector.

Key Responsibilities:- ( Field Officer )

• Generate new customers and business opportunities.

• Promote and explain loan/financial products to prospective customers.

• Conduct field visits for customer acquisition and verification.

• Collect and verify customer KYC and loan-related documents.

• Maintain regular follow-up with customers.

Handle cash and bank transactions.

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.

Key Responsibilities:- ( Accountant )

• Handle cash and bank transactions.

• Prepare and maintain vouchers, ledgers and supporting documents.





• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

• Maintain loan-related accounting records.

• Prepare daily/monthly MIS and accounting reports.

• Handle Tally and MS Excel for accounting work.

Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
- Positive numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of loans/financial products.
- Good customer handling ability
