In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting transactions, managing regulatory and legal compliance documentation, and maintaining accurate financial records to support seamless audits and operations.
- Key Responsibilities1. Compliance & Statutory DocumentationPrepare, organize, and archive compliance documentation for GST, TDS, EPF, ESIC, and other regulatory filings.Assist in gathering and verifying documentation required for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Ensure all company licenses, contracts, permits, and financial agreements are up-to-date and systematically documented.
- Maintain complete document records for vendor onboardings, client agreements, and tax declarations.

Accounting Operations & Invoice Management
- Accounting Operations & Invoice ManagementProcess and record daily vendor invoices, credit memos, and payment receipts.
- Verify accounts payable and accounts receivable documentation for accuracy before processing.
- Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Assist with credit checks and vendor payment schedules.
3. Record Keeping & Reporting Maintain both digital and physical filing systems for all financial and legal documents.
Assist senior accountants and financial managers with periodic reporting and statement preparation.
Follow up with vendors, client partners, and external bodies for outstanding documentation and compliance clearance.
