Job Description – Sales Executive (NBFC)

Position: Sales Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Field Sales

Location: Ahmedabad

Industry: NBFC / Financial Services

Job Responsibilities:

Generate leads and acquire recent customers for MSME Loans, Business Loans, and Personal Loans.

Conduct field visits and customer meetings to explain loan products.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business owners.

Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.

Follow up with prospects and ensure timely loan disbursement.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales, BFSI, NBFC, Banking, Insurance, or Financial Products.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Local area knowledge is an advantage.

Freshers with strong sales skills and willingness to work in field sales may also apply.
