We are looking for an experienced and responsible senior site engineer to oversee residential construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will manage site activities, coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

The senior site engineerwill handle project execution, manpower planning, material coordination, client communication, billing follow-up, and overall site management for villas, apartments, and residential buildings.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and manage residential construction projects.

Monitor daily site work and project progress.

Coordinate with site engineers, architects, consultants, and contractors.

Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion.

Manage labor, materials, machinery, and subcontractors.

Verify BOQ, bills, and project expenses.

Ensure construction quality and safety compliance.

Conduct site inspections and progress meetings.

Handle client updates and project reporting.

Coordinate with purchase and accounts departments.

Resolve site issues and technical challenges.





Maintain project documentation and reports.

Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
