Restaurant Captain – The Kolkata Cabin (Hyderabad)

We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to manage daily outlet operations and support the Restaurant Manager in running a smooth, efficient and customer-focused restaurant.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily restaurant operations and staff.Handle procurement, vendor coordination and inventory.Monitor food cost, wastage and stock variance.Manage Swiggy, Zomato, POS and direct orders.Prepare staff rosters and monitor attendance/productivity.Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent service.Ensure SOP, hygiene and food-quality standards are followed.Support recruitment, training and team management.Prepare daily sales, inventory and operational reports.

Experience: 1 years in restaurant/QSR/cloud kitchen operations preferred.
