## Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Generate and manage high-quality leads through various channels.
* Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, developers, and channel partners.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue.
* Monitor team performance, provide coaching,
and conduct regular reviews.
* Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline updates.
* Coordinate with developers, CRM, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
* Stay updated on Mumbai real estate market trends and competitor activities.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines.
