Job Role:

· Handle Domestic/International customer inquiries via calls & Chat/Email

· Provide accurate product information and resolve issues efficiently.

· Build rapport with customers and document interactions.

· Escalate complex issues when required.

· Stay updated on new products and company policies.

Eligibility:

· Candidate should be minimum Graduate from recognized University

· Fresher to 1 year of experience in customer service Can apply.

· Age limit: 18 to 32 years.

· Excellent communication skills in English.

· Comfortable with rotational shifts.
