Job Role for Food & Beverage Waiter:

- Ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
- Serve guests in a timely and proficient manner and is attentive to their needs.
- Possess valuable knowledge of the menu in order to explain our offerings to the guests, inform them of current food promotions and attend any questions.
- Accurately takes down orders on guest tickets and enters order into POS quickly.
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for identifying age, preventing intoxication of guests.




- Ensure all financial transactions are correct, operate credit card machines correctly.
- Keeps station clean, sets up and takes down station tables appropriately.
- Performs shift change and/or opening or closing duties.
- Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate.
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other team members and managers.
- Displays a favorable image of PizzaExpress at all times.
