Job SummaryWe are looking for an Operations Executive – Warehouse & Vending Operations to manage stock picking, vehicle loading, transportation, college deliveries, vending machine refilling, stock returns, and basic machine maintenance. The role requires the candidate to independently handle FMCG stock movement, driving, picking, and refilling operations during the rotational shift.

Key Responsibilities1. Stock Picking & Warehouse OperationsPick FMCG stocks from the warehouse as per the daily stock assignment and route requirements.

Pick the required quantity of products and arrange them properly in crates.

Verify stock quantities before loading to ensure accuracy and avoid shortages or excess.

Load the vehicle systematically based on the designated college routes.

Maintain proper handling of FMCG products to minimize damage, breakage, and wastage.

Driving & Stock TransportationDrive company goods vehicles safely and responsibly as per the assigned routes.Transport FMCG stocks from the warehouse to designated colleges.

Ensure timely delivery of stocks to the assigned locations.

Follow all traffic, safety, and company driving guidelines.

Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned company vehicle.

3. Stock Returns & Reverse LogisticsCollect and bring back stock returns and excess stocks from colleges to the warehouse.

Ensure returned stock is properly counted, segregated, and handed over to the warehouse team.

Report any stock discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately.

4. Vending Machine RefillingRefill vending machines at designated colleges as per the daily requirement.

Ensure products are arranged properly and machines are adequately stocked.

Ensure there are no damages and expired products during the transit

5. Route-Based Vending OperationsPicking & Refilling: Handle approximately 10–11 vending machines per shift,



including stock picking from the warehouse.

Refilling Only: Handle approximately 14–15 vending machines per shift where stocks are already available at the designated location.

Complete assigned routes and machine refilling activities within the scheduled shift.

6. Operational ComplianceMaintain accurate records of stock picked, delivered, refilled, and returned.

Follow assigned routes, schedules, SOPs, and safety procedures.

Ensure all assigned warehouse, driving, delivery, and vending activities are completed accurately and on time.

Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for daily stock and route requirements.

Requirements1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, FMCG distribution, delivery, logistics, vending operations, or a similar field.

Valid commercial/goods vehicle driving licence as applicable.

Positive driving skills and knowledge of local routes.

Comfortable with Rotational shift work.

Physically fit and comfortable with loading/unloading crates and handling FMCG stocks.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple operational activities.

Basic understanding of stock handling and inventory processes.

Basic troubleshooting/maintenance skills will be an added advantage.

Kannada/Hindi/English communication skills preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Accurate daily stock picking and loading.

Timely completion of assigned delivery and vending routes.

Completion of assigned 10–11 Pick & Refill and 14–15 Refill-only machines as per daily requirements.

Minimal stock discrepancies, damages, and returns.

Safe and responsible vehicle handling.

Pronight-shift per collection and reconciliation of excess/returned stock.Timely reporting of vending machine and operational issues.

Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate should be hands-on, responsible, physically active, and comfortable with both driving and warehouse operations. The role is best suited for someone who can efficiently manage stock picking + loading/unloading + driving + vending machine refilling + basic troubleshooting as part of a operation.
