Job Title: Assembly Fitter – Heavy Machinery

We are hiring Assembly Fitters (Freshers & Experienced) for heavy machinery manufacturing.

Experience: Fresher to 5 Years

Qualification: ITI (Fitter/Turner/Mechanic) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble heavy machinery and mechanical components as per engineering drawings.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and accurately.
- Perform fitting, alignment, tightening, and inspection of assembled parts.
- Ensure product quality and report any defects to the supervisor.
- Follow safety standards, PPE requirements, and 5S practices.
- Work with the production team to achieve daily targets.

Required Skills:

- Basic mechanical assembly knowledge
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Familiarity with measuring instruments
- Valuable teamwork and communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics/pneumatics is an added advantage

Eligibility:

- Freshers: ITI/Diploma candidates with a willingness to learn.
- Experienced: 1–5 years of experience in heavy machinery, construction equipment, industrial machinery, or manufacturing assembly.

Preferred Candidates:

Experience in heavy engineering, construction equipment, mining equipment, agricultural machinery, or material handling equipment manufacturing.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.

या मैकेनिकल इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा

- मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग के अनुसार हेवी मशीनरी एवं मैकेनिकल कंपोनेंट्स की असेंबली करना।
- असेंबली ड्रॉइंग एवं कार्य निर्देशों को पढ़ना और समझना।
- हैंड टूल्स, पावर टूल्स एवं मापने वाले उपकरणों का सुरक्षित और सही तरीके से उपयोग करना।
- असेंबल किए गए पार्ट्स की फिटिंग, अलाइनमेंट, टाइटनिंग एवं निरीक्षण करना।
- उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करना और किसी भी खराबी की जानकारी सुपरवाइजर को देना।
- सुरक्षा मानकों, PPE नियमों एवं 5S प्रथाओं का पालन करना।
- प्रोडक्शन टीम के साथ मिलकर दैनिक उत्पादन लक्ष्य प्राप्त करना।
- आवश्यक कौशल:बेसिक मैकेनिकल असेंबली का ज्ञान।




- इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग पढ़ने एवं समझने की क्षमता।
- मापने वाले उपकरणों के उपयोग की जानकारी।
- अच्छी टीमवर्क एवं कम्युनिकेशन स्किल।
- काम में बारीकी और गुणवत्ता पर विशेष ध्यान।
- हाइड्रोलिक्स/प्न्यूमैटिक्स का बेसिक ज्ञान अतिरिक्त लाभ होगा।

योग्यता / पात्रता:फ्रेशर: ITI/Diploma उम्मीदवार, जो नई तकनीक एवं कार्य सीखने के इच्छुक हों।

अनुभवी उम्मीदवार: हेवी मशीनरी, कंस्ट्रक्शन इक्विपमेंट, इंडस्ट्रियल मशीनरी या मैन्युफैक्चरिंग असेंबली में 1–5 वर्ष का अनुभव।

प्राथमिकता वाले उम्मीदवार:हेवी इंजीनियरिंग, कंस्ट्रक्शन इक्विपमेंट, माइनिंग इक्विपमेंट, कृषि मशीनरी या मटेरियल हैंडलिंग इक्विपमेंट मैन्युफैक्चरिंग में अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

वेतन:उम्मीदवार के अनुभव, योग्यता एवं कंपनी के मानकों के अनुसार वेतन निर्धारित किया जाएगा।
