Job Title: Telecalling executive (Female)

Job Description:

We are hiring female fresher candidates for a Work-from-Office Telecalling executive position. The candidate should be fluent in Malayalam and be comfortable making outbound calls to prospective customers

Requirements:

- Only female candidates
- Only Fresher candidates with no prior work experience
- Must speak Malayalam
- Must have a Android smartphone
- Any education qualification
- Must be able to make customer calls




- Work-from-office role (Hybrid)
- No fees or registration charges
- Hybrid Mode 3 days WFO & 3 days WFH

Key Responsibilities:

- Make 25 calls daily to customers/clients
- Provide information and handle basic queries
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy during communication
- Keep straightforward records as required

HR Interview will be conducted at office location in offline mode only.

Training & Observation (First month)

- 5 days of training will be given in offline mode
- After training, 3 weeks of observation will also be in offline mode
- Work starts from after observation

Work Rules (After Training & Observation)

- Work timings is from 10:00am to 5.30pm
- Make 25 calls everyday
