The pharmacist will be responsible for accurately dispensing medicines, managing prescriptions, supporting rapid order fulfillment, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations while delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesReview and dispense prescriptions accurately as per doctor instructions
- Verify medicine dosage, interactions, and contraindications
- Handle online, walk-in, and quick-delivery medicine orders
- Coordinate with delivery and operations teams for timely dispatch
- Counsel customers on medicine usage, dosage, and precautions
- Maintain inventory, stock levels, and expiry tracking
- Ensure proper storage of medicines according to regulatory standards
- Maintain billing records and pharmacy documentation
- Support returns, substitutions, and customer queries professionally
- Follow SOPs for quick-commerce pharmacy operations
- RequirementsD.Pharm / B.Pharm mandatory
- 1-3 years of retail pharmacy experience preferred
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of generic medicines and pharmacy software
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced delivery environment
