Urban Hive Pro is a fast-growing premium PG accommodation brand committed to providing safe, comfortable, and professionally managed living spaces. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented PG Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer experience, and drive occupancy across all properties.

Key Responsibilities

Property Operations

- Manage the day-to-day operations of all assigned PG properties.

- Ensure all properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

- Conduct regular property inspections and audits.

- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and security services.

- Ensure all operational SOPs are followed.

Occupancy & Revenue

- Maintain high occupancy levels across assigned properties.

- Coordinate with the sales team for room availability and move-ins.

- Monitor vacant beds and implement strategies to minimize vacancies.

- Ensure smooth tenant onboarding and check-out processes.

Customer Experience

- Build strong relationships with residents.

- Resolve tenant complaints promptly and professionally.

- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

- Conduct regular feedback sessions with residents.

Staff & Vendor Management

- Supervise property supervisors, housekeeping staff, and maintenance teams.

- Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, internet providers, and other vendors.

- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.

Financial & Administrative Responsibilities

- Monitor rent collections and outstanding payments.

- Verify utility expenses and operational costs.





- Maintain accurate property records and documentation.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Reporting

- Submit Daily Operations Reports.

- Submit Weekly Occupancy Reports.

- Submit Monthly Profitability & Performance Reports.

- Track operational KPIs and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Operations, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in operations, hospitality, co-living, PG management, hotels, or facility management.

- Experience managing multiple properties is preferred.

- Occupancy Rate: 95% or above

- Complaint Resolution Time: Within 24 hours

- Customer Satisfaction Rating: 4.5/5 or higher

- Rent Collection Efficiency: 98%+

- Property Audit Compliance: 100%

- Monthly Operational Reports Submitted on Time

- Utility and Maintenance Cost Optimization

Working Hours

- 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (or as per company policy)

- Weekly Off: One day per week

- Must be available for operational emergencies when required.
