VVD & Sons Ltd. is one of South India's leading FMCG companies, known for delivering high-quality food products and building trusted consumer brands. We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Officers to strengthen our Modern Trade business across Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and develop Modern Trade (MT) accounts within the assigned territory.

● Achieve primary and secondary sales targets on a monthly basis.

● Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising across MT outlets.

● Build strong relationships with store managers, category managers, and key stakeholders.

● Execute promotional activities and in-store campaigns to maximize sales.

● Monitor stock levels, replenish inventory, and minimize stock-outs.

● Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional initiatives.

● Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

● Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and performance analysis.

Eligibility Criteria

● Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, with hands-on experience in Contemporary Trade (MT).

● Age:



Maximum 30 years.

● Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

● Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Required Skills

● Strong knowledge of Modern Trade sales operations.

● Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

● Target-driven with strong analytical abilities.

● Good communication and presentation skills.

● Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from reputed FMCG companies with Modern Trade exposure will be preferred.
