- Job Description / Responsibilities:Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, peripherals, and operating systems
- Provide in office desktop support and resolve hardware/software issues
- Perform hardware installation, upgrades, and maintenance
- Configure and troubleshoot networking components (LAN, routers, switches)
- Install and configure software applications as per client requirements
- Diagnose system errors and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain service reports and job records
- Visit client locations for technical support as required

- Eligibility:ITI / Diploma / Graduation in IT, or related field preferred
